Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring the paper extends beyond the edges for easy removal later.
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Scatter your choice of mixed berries, nuts, and optional drizzles of melted chocolate or nut butter across the yogurt.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and let it chill for at least 2 to 3 hours until firmly set.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and lift the yogurt bark out of the baking sheet using the parchment paper. Break it into pieces.
- Serve immediately, or store the pieces in a sealed container in the freezer for a refreshing treat later.
Notes
Yogurt Bark can be made up to a few days in advance. Store in a sealed container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
